Exchange and Return Policy


  • All our products are made to order!


  • All our products are subject to quality control and are checked to ensure they are not damaged or defective before being sent to the customer by us.


  • The product cannot be returned once it has been tailored to the selected sizes or made to order!!


Warning

Please note that larger sizes (XXXXL and above) are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.


  • Exchanges are available within 24 hours of receiving the product, within Saudi Arabia only!

(Replacement service request: 70 riyals via bank transfer)


  • Products are generally ordered specifically for the customer and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged after the order has been approved, because the product was started to be customized, prepared, and purchased specifically for the customer.


The customer has the right to cancel the order before 4 hours have passed.


  • The replacement product (size or model) will be delivered within 2 to 7 days of the date the item being exchanged is received.


  • Returns are accepted within 12 hours only if the item arrives damaged!!


If the customer insists on a return, a return is possible under a clear and explicit condition: the customer must bear all losses, including shipping and sewing.


• The order must be received; if the order is not received, you bear full responsibility.


We will replace the dress with another one if the product is defective, and the difference will be refunded to the customer.

The difference cannot be refunded to the customer if the product is undamaged.

  • The refund will be processed within 1 to 7 days after receiving the product, provided it is free of defects, in its original condition, and all tags are intact.


  • Shipping costs are borne by the customer: 70 riyals for the exchange policy, 35 riyals for the shipping policy for the new size or model, and 35 riyals for the shipping policy for the new size or model.


  • If the dress was shipped by us and then deleted by the customer, the customer bears full responsibility.


  • The customer should not ship the product until we issue a replacement or return policy.

Unfortunately, dear customers, we do not offer exchanges or returns for sizes XXXL and above.
